Uterine Fibroids
Although it is believed that Hormonal Imbalance plays crutial role in the development of Uterine Fibroids, it is liver and gut, that has major influence of Hormonal Imbalance. Reason: liver and gut are responsible for clearing your body from s.e.x. hormones excess. Therefore if your liver and/or gut are not working properly, you are at risk of Hormonal Imbalance, that may lead to Uteine Fibroids. Therefore the dietary recommendations for Uterine Fibroids are:
1. Increase whole foods like fruits sepecially cerries, apples and grapefruits, vegetables especially celery, cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, and green leefy vegetables, whole grains like brown rice, except wheat, legumes, beans, nuts, fatty fish like salmon, herring, sardines, macherel, trout, provided that it is low in mercury, PCBs and dioxines, eggs, seeds especially flaxseeds, nuts.
2. Avoid wheat, rye and oat, refinds sugars, other carbohydrate rich foods like potatoes, caffeine, saturated fats, milk and milk products, fruit juices, alcohol.

You're at peak performance. Your hormone levels are optimal, your fat-to-muscle ratio is low, and your vitamin levels are optimal, provided that you're not toxic.
