You can take millions drugs, but if you don’t have a good relationship, nothing will ever work! There are a lot of toxins in the environment, bacteria, infections, illnesses and diseases. There are medications, supplements and changes you can make to fight it, but it takes a healthy relationship to keep you healthy.

Because you feed off the person who sleeps next to you, or lives in the same house with you. You spend your life with this person, give your emotions, and this persons needs to be produce the same kind of feedback.

Doesn’t it seem weird to hear when a doctor says that your emotions can cure you physically? Yes, if you use common sense, you can see why this is true.

When you have a fight with your partner, doesn’t if feel like your energy gets drained? Doesn’t it feel like you have strength no more? But when this person feeds you with positive reinforcement isn’t your life becomes so much better? Don’t you feel like you can do almost anything? This isn’t magic, and it isn’t a rocket science. Not to mention the obvious physical benefit of a healthy relationship – being healthier with or for the person you love, having better sleep when you feel better, more sex, etc.

Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying you should live your life based on your partner or relationship, but you should always examine it as an important factor for your health.
