Learn How To Make the Right Choice in your Health Protection Strategy

It is scary when somebody suddenly dies at age 50 without apparent cause.

It’s especially scary when it’s a star like Michael Jackson for two reasons:

1.  If it can happen to him, it can happen to you.

2.  Unexpected death suggests a missed and untreated problem in a star who can afford the best medical care possible.  So how reliable is our modern western medicine?

Generally speaking, if a person without known serious medical problems presents, like Michael Jackson, with a weak pulse and no breathing movements, it strongly suggests not heart disease (pulse is still there), but respiratory center suppression by drugs.  Also if somebody is in respiratory arrest, 911 should have been called right away from the house full of people.

Someone who would take a drug is either doing it to relax or to calm down. I do not believe that Michael Jackson took drugs to get high.  Rather he did it to calm down to get some rest and sleep because his brain was not functioning properly.  The reason was either too much stress, too many stimulants or both.  Did he know about that? I think so.

Michael Jackson, in his life, had been in touch with Dr. Deppak Chopra, but he didn’t not resolve to his natural methods of healing. Instead he opted for drugs, the drugs that essentially killed him.

Since our childhood we are told that if you have a problem a doctor will solve it for you.  We couldn’t possibly solve it without a doctor and we should do everything we are told by them. This is the reason, why we take drugs and sometimes even die.  If Michael Jackson did not have a doctor, would he die? I do not think so.  If he were taught from his childhood that he is responsible for his health and not his doctor, would he have died at age 50? I do not think so.

I’m not saying, that we shouldn’t have doctors.  Of course we should, but it’s the doctor’s we choose that have to change.

Unfortunately, we tend to choose a physician or make health care decisions opposite to what we really need.  Because in the most cases we consciously or subconsciously know about our problem and we subconsciously try to keep it. Example: you have high cholesterol and you are aware that this is the result of eating junk food.  Which doctor do we normally choose: the one who will tell you to eat fruits and vegetables instead of junk food, or the doctor who will give you a pill and at least not force you to stop eating junk?  And of course you don’t go to dietician first!

I think you know the answer.

And that’s why Michael Jackson chose Dr. Conrad Murray and not Dr. Deepak Chopra.

What should have been done from my point of view:

1.  Stress reduction techniques like meditation, tapping, taking adaptogens like ashwaghanda, etc.

2.  “Paleolitic” diet: meat, fish, poultry, fruits, vegetables, distilled water.

3.  Autonomic response testing to identify the problem.

4.  Routine history and physical as well as blood work and other tests if necessary.

5.  Detoxification, if necessary.

6.  Physical exercises besides rehearsals.

7.  Bioidentical hormone replacement because at age 50 I do not believe, that Michael Jackson had his hormones at the levels when he was 25.

Let us be responsible for our health, not our doctors! This is the key point! As soon as you admit this, you are on the right track.
