Estrogen Deficiency Can Be Responsible for Breast Shape

Nobody argues that breasts are a very important part of a woman’s body. Therefore, maintaining their proper shape and consistency is crucial. The main hormone responsible for their texture as well as volume is estrogen.

If a woman has enough estrogen, she can generate breast tissue to maintain its shape and density. However it is not always the case.

Estrogen deficiency is probably the most important cause of breast shape, volume and consistency problems. If there is no enough estrogen from the beginning, breasts are small after periods are started. If estrogen deficiency develops at menopausal age, it results in droopy breasts.

What can be done? The first thing that comes to my mind is to replace missing estrogen with hormone replacement therapy. Of course I’m talking about hormones with the same molecular structure as our own for the safety reasons. Surgery is another option, but would you like to subject yourself to surgery risks? I think that hormone replacement should be tried first. Surgery should be the last resort.

Getting the Energy to Love Again

Can you live without love? Me? I can’t.

Love is a must. Love gives us energy; love gives us happiness; love gives us babies. Sounds easy? Not so fast.

The problem now is finding the right person, someone who can become not only your lover, but also your friend and supporter for life. This is difficult. But it is possible. How?

The most important thing in this difficult task is to be able to attract the right person. For that you need to have enough desire and energy. What substance in your body is responsible for libido and energy level? Testosterone! Estradiol!

The second thing is to make sure that you are emotionally prepared for a steady relationship. What hormone is responsible for mood stability? Estradiol!

The third is to be beautiful. What helps you maintain your beautiful skin? Estrogen! Testosterone!

How about your eyes? What makes them shine? Estradiol!

What about your weight? What substance helps you be slim? Progesterone! Estrogen!

Bottom line: to win you need to be able to compete with younger and healthier individuals. How? Via hormone replacement therapy.

Any other thoughts, ideas or considerations? Please share your story or your thoughts.

Hormone Replacement Therapy Can Be The Answer

Sleep is very important to all of us: no sleep equals no rest and no repair. And a possible increase in the risk of cancer. Don’t forget more stress. Decreased productivity. Depressed mood.

Who wants insomnia? Nobody.

But according to the recent study insomnia is the most frequent symptom of menopause. So what are the reasons for insomnia during menopause and what can be done?

There are several causes of insomnia in menopause patients. The most important are:

1. Lack of relaxation manifested by difficulty in falling asleep. The most likely cause — hormone melatonin drop because of aging.

2. Too much activation of adrenals in the middle of the night/early morning manifested by early waking with inability to fall asleep again. Most likely cause — lack of estrogen (adrenalin and cortisol are not balanced by estrogen).

3. Going to the bathroom to urinate in the middle of the night/early morning. The most likely cause — estrogen loss, because estrogen maintains mucous membranes, and lack of estrogen leads to mucous membrane hypersensitivity and inflammation including the urinary bladder.

What can be done? Answer is obvious: hormone replacement therapy to balance hormones and to repair mucous membranes.

Replenish What Is Lost With Hormone Replacement Therapy

You may be shocked when you learn that as per Telegraph.co.uk there is a 40 percent increase in the number of men who do not make love to their partners as often as they used to.

No wonder. Because at about age 30 testosterone level starts declining. With testosterone drop libido goes down as well as erections. So what can be done?

The solution is simple: replenish what is lost. You cannot get back what is already gone.

For men there are two hormones used: HCG and testosterone. Both work well.

For women there are about three: estrogen, progesterone and testosterone.

The bottom line, to support your endocrine system

Check your hormone levels

Talk to your doctor to find , if you need any supplementation.

because balancing your hormones may give you more fun , happiness and productivity .

It could also save your married too.

How To Function At Your New Maximum Capacity

Productivity at work is very important for everybody. You need to be productive in order to be competitive. There are thousands of productivity tips out there: how to organize yourself, how to manage your time effectively, etc. But how do you organize yourself efficiently when your not sleeping enough because of recent insomnia? Or every noise is so distracting that you cannot concentrate on your work? Or your memory is not as good as before? Will productivity tips about how to manage your time work?

I think no matter how you organize yourself you probably won’t be able to function at your maximum capacity. Not because you are not organized, but because of the other factors that have taken over your life.

And when you are in meopause, this is exactly what happens. Your job doesn’t change. Your bosses, your family, your needs don’t change, but the way you function does, and it can affect your life adversely and severely.

Because you are in menopause and you are lacking hormone necessary to function efficiently. The most important women’s productivity hormone is estrogen. It maintains memory, energy and productivity level and participates in mood regulation. In menopause estrogen usually declines after a progesterone drop. Estrogen loss is responsible for hot flashes, mood swings, insomnia and memory decline.

So what are the productivity tips for women in menopause? The most practical way to restore your functions is to replace lost estrogen. Let it work as it is supposed to work. Let nature do its job. And when you get enough sleep, when you are free of hot flashes, when your memory is as sharp as before, you will be productive.

How to Overcome Another Menopausal Consequence

Menopause, in my opinion, is a deadly disease because of its effects. Everybody knows about osteoporosis, which is the result of estrogen loss.

Now scientists from Washington University found that effects of menopause include muscle loss as well. It was suggested by serial biopsies.

The bad part is that even though women were given a high protein diet they could not maintain their muscle mass. In contrast, men, when given high protein diet, were able to maintain muscles.

So, how do we overcome the effects of menopause? The most logical and practical answer is to get back your normal estrogen level by hormonal replacement therapy. In order to make it safer than traditional HRT, use of hormones with the same molecular structure as our own, is imperative (bioidentical hormone replacement therapy). Why? Because our body knows what to do with them.

Can Hormone Replacement Prevent Alzheimer’s Disease?

Can we reverse menopausal effects on our brain?

The relationship between menopause and brain function is well known. Now we’ve got one more piece of information.

A recent study from the Institute of Psychiatry in the UK suggests that Alzheimer’s disease may be prevented. The remedy they found is hormone replacement therapy.

We know already that estrogen is necessary for memory function in menopausal women and estrogen replacement makes remembering things much better. The study from Institute of Psychiatry brings us one more step forward: dementia prevention. If this devastating disease can be avoided, then there is one more reason for starting hormone replacement therapy. Remember: menopause is affecting your brain too!

Hormone Level Can Be Roughly Tested At Home

Menopause is caused by hormonal level decline. The first level looked at is progesterone. The second, and probably the most important, is estrogen. It has about 400 functions in our body. Therefore its replacement is crucial. What are the alarming symptoms that may suggest estrogen loss? The easiest way to roughly access the estrogen level is to look for the status of mucous membranes. Shiny eyes also suggest an adequate estrogen level.

Vaginal dryness is another alarming sign and usually suggest estrogen loss.

An increase in having to urinate may be related to menopause, as well, because lack of estrogen leads to hypersensitivity of the bladder mucous membrane, leading to frequent urination.

Any of these signs are an indication that you should go get your estrogen levels checked.

Hormone Replacement Therapy Can Help Cure the Mid-Life Blues

Everybody knows about the midlife crisis, because it is very common. Your mind isn’t ready to catch up to your body. You’re aches and pains are making you depressed. You start to reconsider, start to look for a change in your life to make you happy and young again.

A midlife crisis is just that. A crisis. It is not benign and has the potential to destroy your life. Unfortunately, mood changes are very often, and the common treatment is antidepressants, sleeping pills or anti-anxiety medications. The fact that problems start at about age after 40 made one think that it might be related to aging.

So what are some plausible explanations of this problem, recognized worldwide?

The mid life crisis might be explained by hormone production decline, resulting in depression and/or anxiety. Changes in adrenal hormones secretion rate because of stress is another plausible explanation.

The solution to the midlife crisis might be hormonal status evaluation and correction if necessary along with stress management.

Even though Urinary Tract Infections are very common, they can also be very dangerous.

Even though Urinary Tract Infections are very common, they can also be very dangerous. Postmenopausal women often have recurrent infections in their bladder, urethra or kidneys, which come back despite adequate treatment. The reason for recurrence is lack of estrogen, leading to atrophy of bladder and urethra mucous membranes, which makes them prone to infection.

It also makes them more susceptible to perineal skin atrophy, leading to easy infection spread from the anus to the urethra.

Therefore hormone replacement, specifically bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, including estrogen may be very rewarding.

Botox is expensive. We all know that. Shall we expect prices to go down? Maybe.Because a new drug Relaxin with similar effects is waiting for FDA approval. Will the advent of competitor drug bring prices down? Hard to predict right now, because in my opinion Relaxin may compete with Botox only if it is as good as Botox. But we do not know how good is Relaxin is, and even if it is as good, it has to prove it. It takes time. So I do not expect Botox prices going down soon. And may be we should look for natural ways to improve skin condition like bioidentical hormone replacement? It may be cheaper.
