Most of my female patients wear bras. So far no objections. But according to the recent study from University of Portsmouth irreparable damage to the breast ligaments can be done by wrong bra size of type. Apparently the biggest problem isthe ill fitting bras which are too tight. Another problem identified is the  change of breast size and shape because of breast feeding and menopause. But how can we chose the right size and type?In my opinion the best solution is to go back to nature — do not use bra at all, if possible. If you meed to wear bra any way , then probably the best is the bra, which is not tight at all, just for support only.If you have any suggestions of opinions please let me know.

Have a bra fitting with a professional at a lingerie outfitter, such as Victoria’s Secret or Gilly Hicks. They will take your measurements and tell you which bra size/shape will work best for you.
