Although everyone wants protection from cancer, not that many to do that were discovered so far. Therefore every new way to get extra protection, is priceless. Getting enough vitamin D is the most important. What else? The good news came unexpectedly: the study, done in Seattle’s Fred Hutchinson’s Cancer Research Center showed, that breast feeding for at least 6 month can decrease the risk of luminal cancer, which is relatively slow growing. But it is not all: breast feeding protects from a particularly aggressive breast cancer — so called triple negative breast cancer.  It is very important because the risks of triple negative breast cancer are unknown. What is the explanation? So far 2 proposed theories:

1.  Breast feeding stops cycling.

2.  Tissues in the breast change in a way, that they become more protection from developing cancer.

What can we learn from this finding? The more we behave as nature intended, the healthier we become. What do you think? Any ideas? Please let us know.
