Improve your sex life with hormone replacement therapy and get more love, money and fun!

Erectile dysfunction is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection. And this problem is quite common. According to the article in the New England Journal of Medicine, published on Dec 13 2007, about 5% of men from 40 to 49 have severe erectile dysfunction and 17% have moderate. So what can be done about it?

As per the same article the first line of therapy are phosphdiesterase type 5 inhibitors ( Viarga etc. ), second line is injection therapy. Testosterone replacement is in the third place. But we all know, that testosterone level start declining at age about 35 — 40. Therefore wouldn’t it be logical to assume, that erectile dysfunction is because of low testosterone level? As per the same article testosterone replacement therapy should be given only if a patient has low testosterone level. At the same time the same article says, that the threshhold is not known.  Therefore how we can determine by numbers only what level is sufficient  and what level is low, if we do not know the cut down point?

The solution I suggest is to rely more on what patient’s complaints are. If a middle aged man is complaining of erectile dysfunction, his testosterone level in not high and there are no other explanations of it, then he might be a candidate of hormone replacement therapy. According to my experience testosterone replacement works very well. As per patients testosterone gives them real sex and love, in contrast to surrogate sex, given by Viagra. And of course testosterone is natural treatment, not chemical, invented in the labs. Therefore I’m for testosterone replacement first.

Another interesting thing about testosterone is, that testosterone levels were linked to money making. Stock brockers were tested for morning level of testosterone. The results were shocking: the highere the morning levels of testosterone were found, the more money were earned. So would you like to chose testosterone or Viagra? The choice is yours.
