How To Bring Down Sugar Naturally

Everybody knows how difficult it is to treat diabetes. The problem is that with the use of medications, blood sugar is going down, begetting increased appetite, which obviously leads to weight gain, resulting in eventual elevation of blood sugar instead of a decrease.

That is why despite having multiple anti-diabetic medications on the market, we still cannot treat diabetes efficiently with medications (exception — metphormin or glucophage, which decreases appetite and sugar). Is there any other way to improve the situation, other than taking sugar lowering medication?

Fortunately, there is good news from England.  Dr. T. Hugh Jones with colleagues from Barnsley Hospital and the University of Sheffield in the UK, found that men with diabetes have a low testosterone level. This fact led them to idea to use testosterone cream to improve insulin sensitivity to bring sugar down without diabetic medications. So patients with diabetes were given testosterone gel.  The results were in favor of using testosterone: blood sugar control was improved. But it is not all: erectile dysfunction improved also. The conclusion here is obvious: hormone replacement therapy is gaining more and more validation. And diabetes may be the one of the most important.
