
Weak bone condition, known as osteoporosis, is not only women’s problem. About one third of osteoporosis patients are men.
And the consequences of weak bones in men are as bad as in women: hip fractures, loss of mobility and even death.
Some solutions include calcium supplements, vitamin D, and hormone replacement including testosterone and/or estrogen. Biphosphanates may be not a good choice because some of them can cause esophageal inflammation and jaw necrosis.
