
Optimum health is achieved at age 25. After that all our body functions start declining: memory, muscle strength, stress tolerance, sex performance, skin texture. Usually we neglect age-related decline in the beginning. When we forget your keys when we are 35 it’s ok. If we forget the keys when we are 50 – Oh my God, it’s Alzheimer’s!We become scared when our performance deterioration cannot be concealed any more. Our problems may be quite disturbing: memory deterioration and mood swings can cause employment problems resulting in monetary loss, while vaginal dryness, hot flashes and mood swings can cause marriage problems.
So how do we slow or even reverse aging?
First – do not harm yourself. The most common way we harm ourselves every day is by eating the wrong food. But there is a simple and easy way to fix your diet to quickly feel younger and more productive.
What would happen if I put rocket fuel in my car’s gas tank and start the ignition? There would be an explosion and the car I love would be destroyed. So what happens if I put supermarket food into my stomach, created for caveman food? The human body is natural, created not for synthetic, processed foods.
Processed foods are low in vitamins and minerals because of soil fertilizing, and are high in sugar and carcinogens because of food processing.
How to deal with this problem? Easy! When you take a bite of any meal, ask yourself: is this piece of food from a caveman’s table? If not – be careful! And as soon as you employ this simple idea – your life and food choices will be easy.

Imagine that we are in the supermarket and we are passing fruit section. Are broccoli, cabbage, apples, bananas or berries from caveman’s diet? Yes! How about fish, fresh meat and fowl? Yes! Should we eat them? Yes!
How about canned apricots?
Were canned food a part of ancient diet? So we will skip it. What about cereals in the ready to eat section, advertised as natural and good for your health? Was it a part of ancient diet? Not at all, because it is a processed food. To me cereals mean whole grain – not processed at all, to ensure proper digestion. Your blood sugar rises much more quickly when you eat processed grains and high blood sugar level create a high level of hormone insulin which brings sugar down resulting in hunger. What happens next is that you keep eating, your body suffers, you empty your pocket and drive up food company stocks.
And this doesn’t mean that you have to give up processed foods completely. You can treat yourself and eat them in moderation. Moderation is the key.
So, it is very easy: eat food similar to caveman food as much as possible. And do not forget about portions! Ancient men did not have too much food to eat – just a handful.
Making these simple, natural changes can lead to improvement in your energy level, your memory, your sex drive and skin texture.
