Therefore, if one has a low cortisol level because of adrenal fatigue secondary to chronic stress, he tends to eat more to bring cortisol up.
So, if you seem to be in a constant struggle, unable to lose weight even though you are diligently dieting, check your hormone levels.










But is obesity the reason of low hormones or low hormone levels are the cause of obesity? There is no answer for the question in the article. On on hand fat tissue transforms men’s main sex hormone testosterone into women’s main sex hormone estrogen, leading to erectile dysfunction.
