Is There a Gene for Indecisiveness?

One of the latest studies released from Yale suggests that rumination with negative thoughts may be related to “rumination gene.” Does this discovery really help?

I don’t know for sure, but so far as I know, negative thoughts and rumination are linked to low cortisol levels as well as a low serotonin level. A cortisol problem is most likely related to adrenal fatigue.

Serotonin, which is the primary target of such famous drugs as Prozac, is mostly produced in the gut. So maybe it would be more practical to get some rest and manage stress, as well as eat right food, instead of blaming genes?
